Why do we suffer from hair loss?
Hair growth consists of 3 basic phases. The Anagen Phase, which is the active growth phase of the hair, the Catagen Phase where the hair growth stops, and the Telogen Phase where the hair root/follicles rest. What causes baldness is the Anagen Phase of the 3, which is the growth phase. The phase in which the hair needs to grow begins to shorten and eventually reaches such a phase that the hair cannot reach the surface of the skin. At the end, the condition called hair loss and baldness occurs. The frequency and form of this shedding mostly depends on the genetic characteristics of the person. However, external factors such as nutrition, mood, stress and diseases can also cause this.
