Doing sports should be avoided for 2 weeks after the operation. If the sport includes challenging activities such as weight lifting, this period should be 1 month at the earliest. Any activities that involve hitting the ball with the head, like football, should be avoided for at least 3 months.
After the operation, you should not go to places such as Turkish bath, sauna, pool, sea for at least 1-2 months.
